Waiting for Sunday

No, that is not the name of a new band, although it is kinda catchy...

It is TAPER TIME.  The training is finished and now we rest and load up on carbohydrates in preparation for the May 15th Rockford Marathon and Half Marathon races.

Good luck to all runners and walkers.  I'll have an update after the race (I'm running the half).
